Aneta Koziarek

Aneta is a Wealth Advisor dedicated to building long-term client relationships and providing personalized financial guidance. Her approach is grounded in a strong set of personal values—independence, compassion, and resilience—which guide how she supports clients and fosters meaningful connections. She is committed to helping clients make clear, confident decisions aligned with their goals.

Before transitioning into wealth management, Aneta spent more than 15 years in Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis at global organizations, including Blue Diamond Growers, Danone, and PepsiCo. In these roles, she partnered closely with senior executives and Boards of Directors on complex financial decisions, long-range planning, and capital allocation. Her experience includes leading enterprise-wide forecasting, overseeing multibillion-dollar business segments, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic growth. She now brings this depth of experience directly to her clients.

Originally from Poland, Aneta and her husband, Bartosz, have spent most of their lives in the United States. They have lived in New York and California before ultimately settling in Bentonville, Arkansas, with their two children. They also spent time living in Spain and share a passion for exploring different cultures.

Outside of work, Aneta enjoys traveling with her family and spending time outdoors, including skiing, paddleboarding, and camping. She is especially passionate about supporting the Deaf community as a CODA (Child of Deaf Adults), actively promoting awareness and sharing her knowledge of sign language with others.
